Trauma ReBoot Course

Trauma Reboot

Our next Trauma ReBoot course starts on May 6th and will meet each week from 6:30-8:00 pm (CST) for twelve weeks through Zoom.

Trauma didn’t break you, it wounded you and wounds can heal. This is a course – not a support group – providing practical help for military, veteran, and frontline family members struggling to cope with crisis or trauma. You won’t find shortcuts or easy answers, but instead you’ll discover there is hope after trauma. As family members we experience trauma in our own lives. It may be something we have experienced in our own lives or secondary trauma from our journey supporting our loved ones. It could be in your past or present....or both.

Join us as we bring this course to you designed by those at Reboot Recovery. This course offering is for military, veteran, and frontline family members only. This course is free and will be facilitated by Shawn Moore, LMSW, Founder of Caregivers on the Homefront, Natasha Swayze, LMSW, Development Director and Caitlin Homan, MSW Intern.
